Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked. KIDACTIVE operate during school inset days except the two fixed dates where we are then closed. If your child is booked into the club on an inset day chosen by their school payment will be expected as normal. Fees are paid in full in the first week of every month for the previous month. We accept payment by cash, cheque and childcare vouchers.

Cancellations and Refunds
Four week's notice, in writing or email, is required to cancel or reduce your child's sessions at the 'Breakfast Club'. If your child is unable to attend a booked session full payment will be expected.

Insurance
Children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

First Aid and Medication
In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary. Essential medication must be handed in to the Club Leader for safe keeping.

Photography
Occasionally, photographs are taken of children attending KIDACTIVE for promotional material. Please advise when you book if you have any objections.

Child Protection
Any suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

Behaviour and Suspension
KIDACTIVE operate a zero tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. KIDACTIVE will not refund payment on unused booked sessions if your child is suspended due to unacceptable behaviour.

Limit of Liability
KIDACTIVE are committed to providing safe and supervised activities and environments. Whilst all care will be taken there is an element of risk involved with some contact activities. KIDACTIVE and its employees cannot be held responsible for personal injury and loss or damage to a child's personal belongings.

Late Drop Off
The supervised school run leaves ABC Nursery (address on website) at 8:30am daily. If you drop off your child later than 8:30am you will be responsible for taking your child to school on that day (you will be charged for that session).

Data Protection
KIDACTIVE will use your details to mail and/or email you with future information about its services. You may opt out of our mailing list at any stage.
