Booking and Payment
Session bookings are highly recommended but not required. An additional daily session fee will be charged to sessions booked within 5 days of start date or non booked sessions. Part or full payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. Fees are paid in full either in advance or on the first day of attendance. We accept payment by cash, cheque and childcare vouchers.

Cancellations and Refunds
Five days notice, in writing or email, is required to cancel or reduce your child's session(s) at the 'Holiday Club'. A full refund will be issued to sessions cancelled five days in advance of start date. If your child fails to attend a booked session full payment will be expected.

Insurance
Children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

First Aid and Medication
In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary. Essential medication must be handed in to the Club Leader for safe-keeping.

Photography
Occasionally, photographs are taken of children attending KIDACTIVE for promotional material. Please advise when you book if you have any objections.

Child Protection
Any suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

Behaviour and Suspension
KIDACTIVE operate a zero tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. KIDACTIVE will not refund payment on unused booked sessions if your child is suspended due to unacceptable behaviour.

Limit of Liability
KIDACTIVE are committed to providing safe and supervised activities and environments. Whilst all care will be taken there is an element of risk involved with some contact activities. KIDACTIVE and its employees cannot be held responsible for personal injury and loss or damage to a child's personal belongings.

Late Collection
KIDACTIVE reserve the rights to charge an additional fee of £15 per 30 minutes should you collect your child after its Clubs close. This is to cover the cost of staff having to stay and work outside their contracted hours.
