Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment
Session bookings are recommended but not required. An additional daily session fee will be charged to un-booked sessions. Part or full payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. We accept payment by cash, cheque and childcare vouchers.

Cancellations and Refunds
Four week's notice, in writing or email, is required to cancel or reduce your child's sessions at the Breakfast and After School Clubs. 48 hours notice is required to cancel booked sessions at the Holiday Club. If your child is sick and unable to attend a booked Holiday Club session full payment will be refunded if a doctor's note is provided.

Insurance
Children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

First Aid and Medication
In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary. Essential medication must be handed in to the Club Leader for safe-keeping.

Photography
Occasionally photographs are taken of children attending our Clubs for our promotional material. Please advise when you book if you have any objections.

Child Protection
Any suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be reported to Ofsted and the Police.

Behaviour and Suspension
We operate a zero tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. KIDACTIVE will not refund payment on unused booked sessions if your child is suspended due to unacceptable behaviour.

Limit of Liability
We are committed to providing safe and supervised activities and environments. Whilst all care will be taken there is an element of risk involved with some contact activities. KIDACTIVE and its employees cannot be held responsible for personal injury and loss or damage to a child's personal belongings.

Late Collection
We reserve the rights to charge an additional fee of £15 per 30 minutes should you collect your child after our Clubs close. This is to cover the cost of staff having to stay and work outside their contracted hours.

Data Protection
We will use your details to mail and/or email you with future information about our services. You may opt out of our mailing list at any stage. KIDACTIVE is registered under the Data Protection Act.
